چکیده

To improve the efficiency of Ni phytoextraction, metal hyperaccumulator N. goesingensis was subject to treatment with a combination uptake stimulating microorganism and commercially available, IAA- based biostimulating seaweed extract - Kelpak. Additionally, we compared plant growth promoting capabilities two biofertilizers. Treatment Kelpak alone had no significant effect on or accumulation. Inoculation Phomopsis columnaris significantly improved biomass hyperaccumulating yield per several biometric features such as fresh dry weight others related leaf root size. However, treatments yielded best results; plants treated agents 85% more not accumulated 48% plant. verify inoculation fungus generated GFP expressing strain P. visualized in both leaves roots. trace development planta evaluate biostimulant mycelium fungal translational elongation factor 1α (tef1α) DNA quantified qPCR. Upon biofertilizer abundance increased nearly 5-fold. The utilization microorganisms, endophytic fungi particular, can phytoextraction goesingensis.

Combined endophytic inoculants enhance nickel phytoextraction from serpentine soil in the hyperaccumulator Noccaea caerulescens

This study assesses the effects of specific bacterial endophytes on the phytoextraction capacity of the Ni-hyperaccumulator Noccaea caerulescens, spontaneously growing in a serpentine soil environment. Five metal-tolerant endophytes had already been selected for their high Ni tolerance (6 mM) and plant growth promoting ability. Here we demonstrate that individual bacterial inoculation is ineffe...

Coating seeds with endophytic fungi enhances growth, nutrient uptake, yield and grain quality of winter wheat

The aim of this study was to assess whether seed coating with microbialconsortium based on the arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus Glomus intraradicesBEG72, Glomus mossae and Trichoderma atroviride MUCL 45632 could improveseedling establishment, yield and grain quality (protein content and mineralcomposition) of wheat (Triticum durum Desf.). As a first step, a laboratoryexperiment was conducted ...

Antagonistic endophytic bacteria associated with nodules of soybean (Glycine max L.) and plant growth-promoting properties.

A total of 276 endophytic bacteria were isolated from the root nodules of soybean (Glycine max L.) grown in 14 sites in Henan Province, China. The inhibitory activity of these bacteria against pathogenic fungus Phytophthora sojae 01 was screened in vitro. Six strains with more than 63% inhibitory activities were further characterized through optical epifluorescence microscopic observation, sequ...

The Plant Growth-Promoting Bacteria Azospirillum amazonense: Genomic Versatility and Phytohormone Pathway

The rhizosphere bacterium Azospirillum amazonense associates with plant roots to promote plant growth. Variation in replicon numbers and rearrangements is common among Azospirillum strains, and characterization of these naturally occurring differences can improve our understanding of genome evolution. We performed an in silico comparative genomic analysis to understand the genomic plasticity of...

Meroterpenes from Endophytic Fungus A1 of Mangrove Plant Scyphiphora hydrophyllacea

Four new meroterpenes, guignardones F-I (1-4), together with two known compounds guignardones A (5) and B (6) were isolated from the endophytic fungus A1 of the mangrove plant Scyphiphora hydrophyllacea. Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic data and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. A possible biogenetic pathway of compounds 1-6 was also proposed. Al...
